Eligibility and timing

You may request a return for full-priced items purchased on Jovani.com within 10 days of delivery. The returned item must arrive at our facility no later than 14 days from the original delivery date.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Condition of items

Returned items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and include all original tags. Items showing wear or damage — such as missing tags, makeup or deodorant transfer, stains, odors, snags, or any alterations — are not eligible for a refund and will be treated as final sale.

Final sale items

Merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Authorization required

All returns must be authorized through Jovani.com before you ship the item. Returns sent without authorization are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Fees and refunds

A 125 dollar return fee applies to each approved return. Eligible refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection. Returned items that are worn or damaged will not be refunded or credited.

Processing time

Please allow up to 15 days from the date your package is delivered to our facility for inspection and processing. We will email you once your return has been completed.

Account protection

Jovani Fashions may cancel orders or limit future returns if we observe unusual or excessive return activity.
