Our Commitment to Accessibility

Jovani is committed to ensuring that our website, jovani.com, is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Current Status

Jovani has completed a comprehensive accessibility remediation pass across all major page templates — including the homepage, category and product pages, the store locator, and our contact and retailer forms. This work addressed keyboard navigation and focus, screen-reader compatibility, form labels and error handling, image alternative text, color contrast, and heading structure. Our testing combines automated tools (including axe-core, WAVE, and HTML CodeSniffer) with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we monitor and maintain the site on a continuous basis.

Ongoing Commitment

We treat accessibility as a continuous process rather than a one-time project. On a regular basis we:

• Re-test major page templates using both automated and manual methods

• Require alternative text on new product images at upload

• Review new features and third-party components for accessibility before they go live

• Keep this statement and its “last reviewed” date current

While we have remediated the issues identified in our most recent audit, web accessibility is complex and evolving, and no website can guarantee perfection at all times. Known limitation — store-locator map: Our store-locator map is provided by Google Maps. Its map markers are third-party content and are not fully accessible. As an accessible alternative, every authorized retailer is also listed in text — including name, rating, address, phone number, and website link — so all store information is fully available without using the map.
