1) Scope and who may buy
We sell only to individual consumers for personal use in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Orders placed by boutiques, wholesalers, online stores, purchasing agents, or for resale/commercial use may be cancelled and refunded. You must be 18+ to purchase.
2) Prices, currency, VAT
Prices are shown in EUR (or as displayed at checkout) and include VAT where required. Any additional charges are shown before you pay.
3) Ordering and contract
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. You’ll review your total and confirm on a clearly labeled button indicating an obligation to pay. The contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel all or part of an order if an item is unavailable, a price/stock error occurs, fraud checks fail, or for non-consumer/resale activity.
4) Payment and security
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication. We may pre-authorize funds and capture payment when your order ships.
5) Shipping and delivery
Free delivery is offered to eligible destinations shown at checkout. You’ll see an estimated window during checkout and in your confirmation. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you provide. If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may cancel the order and refund the product price minus unrecoverable shipping/handling costs.
6) Right of withdrawal and returns (EEA/UK/CH)
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling, then 14 more days to send items back. We refund to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Condition: Items must be clean, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached. You may try on as in a store; any use beyond this may result in a deduction for loss in value.
Exclusions: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are not returnable.
Return shipping: Unless stated otherwise at checkout or the item is faulty/misdescribed, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to return: Request a Return Authorization via [returns portal/email]. Ship securely to the EU returns address provided.
We do not process exchanges. For a different item/size, please place a new order and return the original.
7) Faulty or misdescribed goods — legal guarantee
In addition to your withdrawal right, your purchase is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us; you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or if not possible, a price reduction or refund.
8) Consumer-only limits and anti-resale
To protect individual shoppers and product integrity, we may limit quantities per customer/order/household, cancel multiple or suspicious orders, and refuse returns where we identify resale or rental use.
9) Promotions, gift cards, and credits
Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated. Codes are valid only for the period announced. Gift cards/credits are not cash-redeemable except where required by law and are subject to the terms shown at purchase.
10) Accounts and security
You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
11) Product information
Color/appearance may vary by device display and lighting. Sizing guidance is indicative. Alterations to garments void return eligibility.
12) Intellectual property
All images, videos, text, logos, and designs on the site are owned by or licensed to Jovani and may not be used without written permission.
13) Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud). Subject to your statutory rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14) Customer service and dispute help
Please contact us first so we can help quickly. You may also seek assistance from your national consumer protection body or an approved ADR entity in your country of residence.
15) Governing law
If you live in the EEA or UK, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of [Member State of establishment / UK, as applicable], without prejudice to your mandatory rights.
16) Privacy and cookies
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review them to understand how we use your data and your GDPR rights.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at checkout when you place your order applies to that order.
