- How do I request a return authorization on an item?
✔All merchandise must be inspected immediately, if there are any damages found, a Return Authorization Request must be submitted to Return@Jovani.com within the first 7 days of receipt. ALL REQUEST AFTER THE 7TH DAY WILL BE DENIED
✔A detailed description of each damaged item must be included in your email, so that the item can be inspected and repaired once we receive it.
✔REPLACEMENTS MUST BE THE SAME STYLE COLOR AND SIZE AS THE RETURN.
✔All goods must be returned in the same manner in which it was received (i.e.: on hanger, in plastic wrap, folded and be sure to remove any retail sales tags/alarms).
✔RA requests cannot be submitted by your sales rep or any member of customer service, you MUST submit ALL requests to Return@jovani.com.
- How long do I have to request a return authorization on an item?
✔Return requests must be made within 7 days from date of receipt.
✔Return value must be used for future credit (NO REFUNDS)
- Do I have to pay anything to exchange my items?
✔ON OCCASIONS A RETURN AUTHORIZATION MAY BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL TO EXCHANGE A STYLE. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE A STYLE, YOU WILL NEED TO CHOOSE A BRAND NEW STYLE OF EQUAL VALUE. THERE WILL BE A $75.00 RESTOCKING FEE PER STYLE FOR EACH EXCHANGE. ITEMS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WITH THEIR CORRESPONDING RECEIPT.
- Can I request an RA for an item that is discontinued?
✔Any item that is no longer active in our system will not be eligible for a return authorization for any reason.
- Are there any fees?
✔ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED TO JOVANI AS REFUSED WILL INCUR A $75.00 RESTOCKING FEE PER DRESS.
✔ANY PACKAGES RETURNED TO JOVANI WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE CREDITED AND WILL BE DONATED TO PROFIT OF OUR CHOICE.
- How do I return my items once I have authorization?

✔To ensure proper credits all packages must have the RA number on the box.
✔All returned must be shipped via UPS only. Jovani is not responsible for any lost shipments sent by other carriers.
Jovani Fashions reserves the right to reject requests sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received
