We take great pride in the impeccable quality and the uniqueness of our garments. As a result of this reputation, there is a huge market for the imitation and counterfeit of our designs. We have found that many of our customers have been fooled into purchasing imitation dresses under the false belief that they were authentic Jovani designs. Please beware of dishonest e-commerce retail websites that are using images from Jovani’s website to: 1) to portray the same likeness of a Jovani dress, but they are in fact selling dresses made by a low-grade manufacturer; 2) sending unoriginal dresses that resemble a Jovani design and feature a false Jovani name tag. Don’t be fooled! We ask all of our customers and fans to be aware of this and to trust only authorized retailers and websites that are listed on the “Where to Buy” section of our website. Please keep in mind that the “Where to Buy” section is separated by the different Jovani collections each retailer carries. To further authenticity, we are in the process of providing our retail stores with an official Jovani Seal. By January 15t, all of the authorized retailers listed will have the official Jovani Seal (in Jovani’s silver and hot pink logo colors) on their store’s website.
