I'm planning on entering a preliminary competition leading to Miss America this following year to help obtain scholarships for college - as I'm paying for it myself! As I do not have much money to spend on an expensive dress, winning one of these gowns would be a dream! I believe that having an elegant Jovani dress would definitely catch the eye of the judges.
