I feel as though I have seen this in a retro film or TV show, Pan-Am or Breakfast at Tiffany's or Pret-a-Porter. I hope I win, so I can wear this with white strappy sandal. This is a dress I would keep forever so that it could put in an appearance every summer. Timeless and unique.
