CONFIRM A RETAILER

Many of our retailers are listed under the “Where To Buy” section above. You can also confirm a retailer by using our JAC ID system below. Each authorized retailer has been issued a unique JAC ID, or “Jovani Authentication Code I.D.” "

A store's JAC ID should be visibly displayed on their Jovani Retailer Certificate, which looks like the image below. You can also call retailers and request for their JAC ID. Online retailers should have their certificates displayed on their website.

Enter the JAC ID below and hit submit. The store/website's information should appear. If a store/website unable to provide you with their JAC ID, then you are NOT guaranteed to be buying from an authorized Jovani retailer.
